On the 29 March 2019, Asociatia Habilitas – CRFP, together with Romanian partners Confederatia Nationala Sindicala “Cartel ALFA” and Universitatea din Bucuresti, organized in Bucharest the BeOLD Round Table. We presented the first 3 Intellectual Outputs of our project and, together with our 16 participants, we explored the role of senior workers in companies and in social economy, and also the potential or our training program targeting HR managers and coordinators, in the field of age management.
